On November 1st. 2020, we handed over the clinic in the village of Sharfadeen under the administration of Dr. Shamo, who has been running the clinic since 2017, he was also the director of the clinic in Sinjar, which was built in 2019 and handed over to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Iraq on November 1, 2020. We thank the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Diocesan Charity Brno for financing both projects, both for construction and further operation. The Sharfadeen Clinic has been in operation since May 2017. The clinic provides primary medical care for adults and children, including minor surgical procedures for residents of the village of Sharfadeen and the surrounding area to this day. In 2019, the new department was opened which is called gynecology department that was then moved to a clinic in Sinjar. The clinic treats 35 to 45 patients per day. Thank you for 4 years for the great cooperation of Dr. Shamo and all the medical staff, we were honored to work with you. We continue to keep our fingers crossed for Dr. Shamo.
